The IDEA Center has developed high-quality tools to assess the effectiveness of teaching and administrative performance. Our on-going research program continues to gain evidence to support our instruments' reliability and validity. What has been learned during the Center's nearly 30-year history has provided insights leading to numerous product enhancements. As a result the value and utility of our tools continue to increase.

Undeniably, The IDEA Center's tools are often used as a source of evidence when making personnel decisions and recommendations.
